At TheMyndset, we are committed to providing high-quality Pinterest marketing services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the digital nature of our work, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Account Audit & Traffic Blueprint
We believe in the value of the strategies we provide. If you have purchased a Pinterest Account Audit or Pinterest Traffic Blueprint and can demonstrate, with clear screenshots, that you have implemented the recommended strategies consistently for at least four (4) months, yet have seen no measurable improvement, you may be eligible for a full refund. Screenshots must clearly show regular activity and adherence to the customized strategies we provided.
Pinterest Account Management Services
For our Pinterest account management services, we aim for optimal results within 8–12 months. While we are confident in our ability to deliver growth, if we do not meet the agreed-upon goals within this timeframe, we offer a 50% refund of the service fee. Clients must have fully cooperated by providing timely approvals, necessary access, and any materials needed to carry out the management plan.
Pin Design Services
Because our Pin design services are creative, customized, and delivered digitally, no refunds will be issued once design work has been delivered.
Additional Notes
Refund requests must be made in writing to nat@themyndset and include all required documentation (e.g., screenshots, communications, etc.).
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if the terms outlined above have not been fully met.
